Digital Designer – Brand, Web, No-Code

The role

WAYF partners with global industry leaders and innovative startups to create digital products that make real impact. Our portfolio spans collaborations with the Council of Europe Development Bank, Xiaomi, Ingersoll Rand, Framer, Ramp, Treat, Rye, and Okolice Ciała. Our multi-year collaborations are transformative digital experiences that shape industries, consistently hit ambitious metrics, and reach millions of users worldwide.

This role goes past design execution. You’ll:

• Drive creative direction for ambitious, multi-year digital transformations.
• Craft compelling product experiences across web, mobile, and brand touchpoints.
• Lead and mentor our design team, fostering growth and innovation.
• Collaborate directly with global clients, translating complex visions into elegant solutions.
• Shape the future of digital products that reach millions of users.

What we’re looking for

You’re a good fit if:

• You have substantial agency experience, or relevant startup and scaleup experience, crafting digital products.
• Your portfolio shows a deep understanding of modern product and web design principles.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving complex challenges.
• You’re passionate about mentoring and elevating team performance.
• You’re based in the EU. Our team is primarily in Poland, and we’re fully remote-friendly.

Technical requirements

• Expert-level Figma proficiency.
• Experience with Framer, Webflow, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar, or the willingness to learn them.
• Strong understanding of modern design tools, and the ability to adapt quickly to new ones.

Compensation

9 000 – 25 000 PLN net (B2B) monthly.

Since 2020, our team of 25+, primarily in Poland and working globally, has built the content platforms, products, and websites our clients run on, and handled the migrations that get them there, for enterprises, institutions, and funded teams.
