The role
We work with some genuinely exciting ventures, which means a new joiner gets a wide range of projects to work on. Our client base spans several sectors, so you get exposure to different industries and different kinds of problem.

WAYF is hiring a Full Stack Developer to join the team permanently and work with our key clients on their most exciting projects.

Day-to-day coordination runs on Slack, Linear, and Notion.
What you’ll do
- Build with a modern stack: TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js.
- Work directly with our clients, alongside a tightly knit team, project managers included.
- Shape product vision and direction.
- Write clean, maintainable code.
- Have 100% of your code reviewed.
- Self-manage and organise your work as you like, as long as it’s effective.
- Join our knowledge-sharing initiatives.
What we’re looking for
Technical
- A solid understanding of JavaScript, its benefits and its limitations.
- Commercial experience with React.js.
- Understanding of the TypeScript type system and its trade-offs.
- Knowledge of the different techniques for writing CSS: CSS-in-JS, CSS modules, SCSS, Tailwind.
- Knowledge of the web platform and its APIs.
- Understanding of how the web works from top to bottom, including server-client communication.
- Understanding of how databases work and how to use them efficiently.
Ways of working
- English at B2+ for communication with clients and partners, and Polish at B2+ for internal communication.
- Experience working remotely.
- Transparent communication.

- Self-driven, and able to self-manage.
- Kind, and able to give and take feedback openly.
- A knack for product understanding and value-driven development.

We use AI tools daily: in development, in design, and in how we think about problems. We treat it as a fundamental shift in how good software gets built.
